im sick and tired of people saying keith is a can a bonnar will beat him on the ground ....kieth won his class at grapplers quest a few years ago had broken ribs going into the tuf show ....he trains with rashad,diego,nate marquardt,villasenor,they have people coming in all the time .....quarry,van-arsdale...hes no slouch!!!and will be bonnars biggest challenge..when the time comes im going with keith...
