The Fighters, the organizers and all of the fans want to see someone like Forrest or Franklin or Randy that will continue to put on a great performance irrregardless of the injuries they sustain in the 15 minutes of fighting.

maybe you should look into a different line of work if you're gonna make comments like "I can't wait to jump back in there and fight for your amusement".

It's your choice, nobody's pushing you into the cage, if you don't like it there are other options.

Dude, give it a rest, and stop trying to make people feel bad for you. You had an opportunity that most of us busting our ass at little shows across the US will never have. You are a professional fighter for the most recognized MMA organization in this country. If you can't take criticism while being in the public spotlight after a piss poor preformnce, then you should find another occupation. Coming on here whining about your injuries and using your daughter to deflect criticism made me lose more respect for you than your cowardish act from Saturday night. Again, if you're worried about a potential brain injury, then you picked the wrong career path. Best of luck in your future endevors.

My lacrosse coach played for the Toronto rock and won mvp of the all star game back 4 or 5 years ago, but he still had to work at my school, some sports don't pay enough for training and all expenses, so thats why they have to work more and even fight more (2 jobs plus for some of these guys plus they look after there family's). Now what if Mr.Starnes had gotten another injury and would have been side lined for a longer period of time. I'd say it would effect him money wise/life wise big time. Plus he did fight a fight, tried to wear a tough guy in nate out, tried to win the stamina battle, but lost a key weapon while doing so. I was at the event and cheer afterwards for both fighters to bad I wasn't close enough to be heard. Thanks kalib for making it into the U.f.C multiple times and it shouldn't be hard to look in the mirror since your a strong ass person to be where you've taken your career and the career you still are clearly going to stretch successfully. Plus being a little rude hear thanks for beating leben that put a huge smile on my face, when he was so ignorant to Jason on the tuf show, then you and Jason macdonald took him out.
