I think you should take Kalib's testes out of your mouth, step back and look at the situation again.

1.) Kalib survived simply because he ran from a fight. IMHO, a PROFESSIONAL fighter does not run from a fight. A professional does what a professional needs to do, If Nate was strong, then Kalib needed to find another way to win, OBVIOUSLY running around for dear life, wasn't the way.

2.) Again, OBVIOUSLY, Kalib's spirit was broken, he admits he had NOTHING he could do against Nate other then get his ass kicked. So instead of getting it kicked, he ran for three rounds. Nate had an easy prey and tried to take advantage of it, but it's hard to fight a guy who's gone out of his way to not fight. As a few other posters have said, I'm not sure why kalib didn't either quit? or jump over the fence? either one would have been a better showing then what he put on.

Kalib, I've always thought you to be a good guy. When you were in the house, I was rooting for you to win. I'm a very open minded guy, but for your last display, I can't find any good from it. How many fighters have fought with broken limbs? How many boxers fight with broken arms, hands, you name it, they STILL use it. I don't think you have a fighters spirit.

I'm not trying to bash you at all, just saying the obvious. You showed up to a fight...to work your cardio. You ran from a fight and that, imho, is deserving of ZERO respect. As others have said before, I'd never watch another fight from you. We have no way of knowing if your going to show up to fight, or test the other mans endurance. War Nate!

He didn't know his foot was broken DURING the fight. That came out after the medical exam afterwards. He just knew it was injured.

I think he was reluctant to quit for a broken foot after he had earlier quit for a broken rib (which turned out to be a bruise).

Fans would have been mad if he'd quit during this last fight, too. He couldn't win. Except by losing (KO). Haha.

The performance was bad, nobody disputes that. In my OPINION... The reasons for the performance were cowardly.

He's too strong to take down, His punches hit too hard, and I broke my foot kicking him, so I ran for 11-13 straight minutes refusing to engage even when my opponent covered one eye and stalked me around the octagon doing the retard slap. i dont think Kalib even trained for that fight, did you notice how out of shape he looked? he normally looks like he's got some muscle tone and abs but he looked like he's been hanging out with bj penn or something
