The difference between him and BJ is that Penn is just on another level talent-wise. He can get away with a shitty work ethic against most. Though I think if he hasn't trained for sherk, he will be exposed, once more.

Again, MMA is a professional sport; fighters on the main card of a fucking PPV have no excuse not to be in peak shape. Anything less is bush league and an insult to the fans.

no one wants to get knocked out but when you're a fighter it comes with the job.
if you're too bitch made to handle that part of the job then find something else to do.
i train with a lot of guys working the smaller shows and if given the opportunity, they would've put it all on the line in starne's position regardless.
besides, where's the PRIDE? you can go down fighting or go out running.
