I guess you didnt get the memo, but everyone on sherdog is a street fighting legend with a black belt in BJJ with sick muay thai skills! Their conditioning is second to none, and all of us are atleast 6'4 with 3% body fat.

I would love to see one these posters, who talk so much trash about the fighters and what they need to do on a regular basis fight! Then I could easily match the tape of their performance up against the crap they posted on the boards. We would have the recipe for some serious ownage at that point.
