So guys, I have a dilemma. I'm at work and my client is getting his butt kicked in the market place.

I'm not sure I can help my client completely beat his competitor. Should I try to get whatever market share I can and position their products to at least be respectable or should I just turn and run?

Maybe they should move to a smaller market.
One where they don't have to go head to head with such frightful competition.

There is bound to be a niche that will suit them.
