Can you clarify some of these comments?

You beat these two guys and the UFC is paying them more - do you think this was because the ufc had it in for you? I thought maybe it was because Leben has been fighting very well lately and had some exciting knockouts. Also McDonald had some good performances too, winning by sub. Maybe I am naive, but I think they are paying mostly based on performance and based on if the fans are interested and entertained. If you have good performances, it is usually reflected in the next fight contract. It is a rough sport. I am sorry you dont feel that you are paid well. Anyway, all that matters is that you choose a career that you love. The money is less important. If you are happy with what you are doing everything will fall into place.

unfortunately for kalib, sometimes--in sports and in life--it is not the truth behind a situation but the PERCEPTION. his reputation as a fighter has been irreparably damaged IMO (unless he somehow comes back and beats a lot of top MWs which i don't see happening). i wish him the best of luck, but coming on this forum and providing an explanation is not going to change the overwhelming perception of his performance in that fight and his heart as a fighter.
