definitely not a good fight for you...and you know what, shit happens but from a fans point of view we hear and see nothing of a broken bone as you move relatively quickly away...so thats all we got was you retreating...but hey you made it the 15 minutes with a broken bone, thats cool .... and if you were fighting injured they a lot of the BS you get may not be merited at all...

my only question is ... was it worth it? going the distance and mainly in retreat? just wondering if it was worth it in the end? or if you should have try to engage more or just bowed out after the broken bone?

I've never broken my foot, but I've torn my ACL and fractured both my ankles from playing football. You were barefoot and moving way too well for a broken foot IMO.

Finally, how do you think your sponsors felt after that performance? I just don't think you hurt yourself, I think you hurt other fighters too.

funny thing is all these sherdogers are changing their tunes with their responses to your post. being a fighter you are fully aware of the possibility of being injured, your in a fight! who's to say you could have gotton a "lucky" sub or "lucky" punch during that fight? if you wanted to quit why did you not have your corner throw in the towel? you should have at least tried. can anyone imagine a "champion" doing what you did? i don't think so.

I'm sure a lot of people do appreciate you posting here and giving your side of things. I have no intention of being disrespectful, as that serves no purpose. However there are a few things that need to be said.

You cheated a lot of fans out of what could have been a damned good fight. I understand that you were going through contract issues with Zuffa. People who paid $50 for PPV buys and hundreds of dollars for tickets were put in the middle of that. People who paid hard earned money were cheated out of a fight. How do you justify cheating fans out of their money simply because you feel underpaid and underappreciated by the owners? That seems very hypocritical to me.

Please explain why I should ever pay money to watch you fight again?
