Josh Gross thought Bambaloo would win?

I must've said one hundred times that this is a grown man vs. little boy match, and it was going to play out like the movie Domino, where the grizzled lead bounty hunter slaps his Brazillian apprentice around in the hotel room.

The Sherdog poll was ridiculous, I laughed for about 2 straight minutes when I saw they were neck-in-neck, Chuck Liddell, perhaps the greatest fighter in the world, at any weight, and Bambaloo. The UFC had a poll running on their site, and as much as you tired old BJJ nuthuggers might be distressed, they had Liddell winning in a landslide. And the TUF noobs were right!

I just read the article on Sherdog about Chuck dominating written by Gross and it seemed to me that he was dissing on Babulu's style. It sounded to me like he thought Babulu would have actually stood a better chance any other way. Let me say, that was all Babulu could ever do to Chuck, on a good day, folks!

So yes, Chuck Liddell has once again proven himself as the greatest fighter, at least at his weight, and a truly brutal warrior. If this really was gladiator fighting, Chuck would dominate even moreso because of his style. He could wield a great battle axe and KO people permanently.

Babulu came in trying to get psyched up and looking vicious, what a joke. You could see that he was defeated when they showed them preparing out back earlier in the night. Just take one look into the Iceman's glacier stare and you know there is no one colder and less affected by your forced angry face, Bambaloo.

It sucks that Babalu trained as hard as he did just to blow his gameplan in the first minute of the fight.

I'll admit, I thought Babalu had a really good chance of winning the fight, but that was before I realized that his game plan was to run straight at Chuck with his arms flailing. I have no idea why grapplers seem to want to strike with Chuck, it's like playing chicken with a semi. Plus I don't think about being BJJ nuthugger, Babalu trains wrestling just as much as he train BJJ.

You saw Domino, I heard that movie was terrible. You also say Chuck is going to ko Rampage and then Silva and then move to HW and ko Fedor.....

Regardless of who you wanted or thought would win BABALU doesn't deserve the direspect of you mangling the spelling of his nickname. The man had the balls to train like a madman and step in the cage again, only for some keyboard shlub to try to diminish him by trashing his name.

My vote is that you should get a nice card or 2 to remind you that the very people you're talkin shit about give you a reason to be on here.
