Girls with no clothes and less shame + fun with weights!
Category: Sports

So for all of you wondering when I will be fighting next I can only say wakarimasen (I don't know). With the new buyout of PRIDE by the Fertita Brothers things are centainly in some order of dissarray. To that end, I have no exact time frame to when my contract situation will be delt with but I can say that I expect something to happen soon.

On to more fun things I attended the first of hopefully many events at the Playboy Mansion with Shannon and some friends. There was a full spread of food, hor d'oevres, and free booze. Entertainment was also easily found as at any one point in time you could watch a girl with next to nothing prance around, dance on a pole, or even perhaps do something slutty with a nother beauty. No need to even be drunk to take in all that was to be seen. I shook it down a bit on the dance floor and had a great time overall with the only minus being a shit load of football players who thought they were baddest things to walk the earth. Call me spoiled but at the usual after fight parties the professional athletes from other sports don't act the fool too much. For Shannon's perspective on things click here: Shannon's Playboy Experience.

A friend of mine, Lauren, just had her first boxing match a couple weekends ago as well. Shannon and I went down to help her out and support her; Shannon in the stands and me in the corner. She won her fight and didnt't fair to badly either. Way to go California Girl!

Tonight I did a little circuit routine that I thought I would share with all of you. It was tough and a nice change up to the usual routine. Here we go:

1) Grab some 50lb dumbbells (or a weight that you feel would be tough for you to finish with.)

2) The routine is. a) Dumbbell bench x 10 b) Close grip dumbbell bench x 10 c) Dumbbell cleans with a push press x 10 d) Bent over rows x 10

3) Here's the thing - You can't ever drop the weights. You must keep the weights in your hands until you finish and if you need to take breather you can but you cannot drop the weights.

4) Go through the routine 3 times and your done. It should tax your upper body, grip and you should be breathing hard if you try to hit through it hard and fast.

****l Mystery lyrics for this blog:

"Crushing The Bones Of The Hundred Foes
Swinging The Judgement Hammer
Man, Woman, Child No-One Is Safe
The Heads Of The Dead Are The Banner"

Abayo,

Josh

Bummer for Barnett.

He could of been the future Pride HW champ, ...and his comments about the UFC takeover
were dead on!

Apparently he was invited to the Playboy Mansion by Ed Fishman.
