Fitch had his promotional contract terminated on Wednesday after refusing to sign an agreement that would give the UFC lifetime rights to his likeness for videogames. As part of his deal to return, Fitch has signed the same contract for the UFC to use his likeness for the THQ-developed "UFC 2009 Undisputed" video game slated for release Spring 2009.

Nope.
Fitch himself said its the exact same contract.

Source!?
Everybody is f'n happy Kos and Fitch are in. Even if you hate the UFC, it's management, the way they treat the fighters, fans and mma, most of your favorite fighters are still there.
I watch every ppv and I'll f'n buy a f'n PS 3 the day I got that game in my hands eventough I truely believe that the ufc is on it's way to ban and make mma illegal again in the US. The UFC is gonna kill mma but still I'm looking forward to evey event they do b/c I'm a f'n NHB fan but I hate the (Zuffa-) UFC and Dana White deep down from my heart for what they've done and especially for what they will do/are planning to do to mma as we know it in the near future.

Yeah but now Fitch has made Dana his enemy which might not be the smartest move.

Fitch is the one lying now, trying to save face in order to explaining giving in.
Again, he's on record as having a problem with the contract, not just 'Dana's attitude'.
He should've signed it right away, he's lucky he got his job back.

yeah Dana might not give him good matchups or may drop him to undercards or bench him for a long time in between fights. It's too bad Dana has to be such a power hungry person. Even on a TV interview Dana was asked who would coach on TUF since Franklin wouldn't and Dana said he could get Franklin to if he wanted, as if to not allow himself to be viewed as not in control of his fighters, just like when Rashad said he wouldn't fight Jardine and Dana said Rashad will fight who he says. Dana can't stand to be viewed as not in control. Lorenzo needs to put him in check and make his role a partnership more than a solo effort.

Just give up man all the Dana hater want to make it look like Ftich won here. Fitch signed the supposable unsignable contract that was placed in front of him.

But even after signing the contract he is dissing Dana. If Dana was the one really calling the shots Fitch would be backtracking on those comments as well.

good thing dana was overruled by the boss and the ufc is back at the negotiating table.

Dana is not good for the ufc. Dana is not good for the sport.
F AKA! What's next?
F Team Quest, F Xtreme Couture, F Jackson, F Miletich, F Minotauro or what?
I hope he goes on like that and all the good fighters leave the ufc.
