Im sorry.. but if this was really planned, they would have never let it get to the media. That ruins any chance of them ever getting to use this position again, because next time people will just ignore Dana and go staight to Lorenzo and then negotiate in good faith with him.

The UFC lost a lot of face in this fiasco, and you can better beleive that other fighters and camps were paying attention to the way this played out.
