Kenny is alright, but the way he was pointing at the cut on top of Joes had all proud was awful

Elbows are ok, but when you are on your back in full guard and throwing those downward elbows while the guys head is on your chest is just CRAZY!!!!

I remember J-Rock was doing it like crazy against war machine and I was like WTF.

Next fighters will be getting their elbow bones shaved to have a better point.

Alot of fighters are defeated when cut from an elbow, it really throws alot of good fights out the door sometimes
