What does +270 and -350 etc mean exactly? In the UK odds are expressed as 2/1 or 10/1 etc, not the way I see the odds written here.

If you bet on the +270 guy, you risk 100 to win 270. If you bet on the -350 guy, you risk 350 to win 100.
