Interim Championship ever defended in UFC?
Has ANY interim champion defended his belt in the UFC? I can't recall ever this happening.

Nog/Mir I was a defense. Nog beat Gonzaga for the title IIRC

I think TS means defended where the interim champ coming into the fight kept the title.

Nog wasn't 'defending' the interim belt vs Mir it was a fight FOR the interim belt. Randy fought Brock for the HW title which removes the former interim champ from the equation... Technically Randy should have fought big nog to unify the titles, but it never happened.
