His record would be a very impressive 30-2 with his only 2 losses being avenged in very convincing fashion. His loss to Hendo IMO was complete bullshit and he proved that to be true when he armbarred Hendo in the rematch. Barnett's win over Big Nog was in a 2 round GP fight and Big Nog completely out struck, out wrestled and out grappled Barnett in their rematch.

30-2 record(never been finished despite his losses) w/ no unavenged losses and wins over Cro Cop, Werdum, Sergei, Barnett, Ricco,Herring 3x, Schilt, Sapp, Coleman, Enson, Hendo, Goodridge and Big Tim if he wins tonight.

"If" Fedor never existed and Big Nog gets a win over Tim tonight, could anyone in their right mind make the argument that Big Nog isn't the greatest fighter ever? I dont think so but lets see how people respond. What do you think?

I agree, he is very probably one of the best five MMA fighters ever pound per pound. And if he wins Sylvia, he will make history being former Pride and UFC HW champion. If he loses some stupid haters will say that he was overrated. Everybody, star to lose some day, but Nogueira has done a lot to be one of the biggest names in MMA history.

War Nog. He deserves the belt more than anyone else in the UFC.

First of all , wipe the that white stuff from your lips. Second , You need to understand what it means to hold this title "Greatest Fighter to Ever Live". Thirdly I think Nog is fantastic but he lost in alot of peoples opinions the fight to Josh Barnett. He had trouble fighting a guy who he out weighed by 40 poundsd(Henderson). So just by this alone cancels your stupid arguement. When he beats fighters like fedor does , convincingly , which he doesn't maybe only then can he approach the title of "Greatest fighter to ever live." Enough said I hope you get the picture.

Fedor has his number, but Nog has fought better fighters more often and continues to do so. Nog's place in MMA history is set win or lose tonight.
