And he's usually on the recieving end of a severe beating until he catches an arm or neck. Noguiera is a true legend in this sport, but he's a very battle torn legend. Tim's size, jab, and takedown defense will enable him to cruise hios way to victory. And Nog goes down as just another "PRIDE guy that got beat up" in the eyes of the mainstream fan.
This current Nogueira has had two quality wins as of late (Barnett, Herring). So how much of a difference is there in terms of results from the Nogueira of 3-4 years ago and the one today? Not much.

Fedor will still be #1 whether Tim wins or not. Fedor will be #1 until he proves he's not

Glad I could give you a chuckle.
In terms of ranking fighters, I agree with this. This fight has to be for the #1 spot. If Sylvia beats Nogueira, you have to place him #1. Do I think that Sylvia is the #1 HW in the world? No. But if we are going to place rankings on fighters, you have to place this as the title for the #1 HW.

I don't know if he'd be number one instantly, but he'd certainly be on his way. imo anyone who wants a legitimate claim at the #1 spot HAS to beat Nog.

Even if he were #1, nobody would admit it.

Because you know, its only been what, 18 months since he fought anyone NEAR the top ten? And thats only if you consider Mark Hunt top 10.. which I dont. Before that, you have to go all the way back to 2005.

Yea.. Fedor should be #1

So should Rickson

Thanks, you just made me laugh even more with your post.

You want Fedor to fight Sylvia right? and now you're complaining about Fedor fighting fatties? Make up your mind bro.

Next time use more of these

Like ....see? that'll do.
