Anybody ever seen an interview with Fedor....

where he talked about the Randleman slam. People on here say he wasn't fazed but it at all which does appear to be the case with how he reveresed it so quickly. However, I was just curious if there is an interview or does somebody remember him commenting on it. I was curious what his take on it was and if he said it hurt or fazed him at all.

his words about the randleman slam goes something like " ehh, in sambo, we practice falling and landing all the time, so its not really that big of a deal"

I remember him comenting on it in the post fight interview. Translating it from Russian, he said that it did not cause him serious damage, and it was his mistake in the first place for letting Randleman suplex him like that.

Yea, he's actually pretty lucky he tucked his head like that. His shoulders took most of the blow, if he wouldn't have done that he would have been fucked up pretty badly.

Its on 2004 Final Conflict, in his interview before slaughtering Ogawa. I think hes asked what are your reactions to watching that slam again. his response is something like "We train taking those throws and Ive taken much hard throws then that in Sambo, so you dont have to worry about that."
