i think soccer kicks are safer than knees and stomps.
i think soccer kicks are safer than knees and stomps.
stomps are unsafe for obvious reasons and knees are pretty bad due to the fact that u can hold an opponent for a long period of time and knee them ala arona vs sakuraba. knees from sidemount is also very brutal
with soccer kicks, you have to step back which allows ur opponent to either defend or fall into his back for defense.
and by soccer kick, i mean only soccer kicks to a person NOT on his back. i think being on your back should be the only position that soccer kicks should not be allowed.
so with that being said. i think the rules should allow soccer kicks and leave the elbows in to be fair to all the styles of martial arts.

You cant allow one without the others
Soccer kicks are as dangerous as knee to the head, not that dangerous in fact.
I think UFC should use all 3 overseas. And NSAC should allow them too

Soccer kicks are the most brutal of the three because most of the time they are thrown is after a fighter has already been dazed by a punch and fallen down and can't defend themself properly.

i see what u mean but in this situation, it could be used in a takedown attempt. and all you have to do is go on ur back where i say it shouldnt be allowed.

soccer kicks are fine, not a lot of momentum behind it, head kicks are much more dangerous
