McCarthy pretty much says the fighters are on the ground. He says that is when the illegal elbow occurred. 12 to 6 was NOT meant in relation to the stadium (sort of impossible: on the ground while you have an opponents back). Holding your elbow perfectly at a right angle from the mat does not give you special He-Man powers.... nor does it add body weight when the dude is on the ground.
