I just bought UFC Sudden Impact for PS2 ...

..... at Wal-Mart in the discount bin along with a racing game for only $18.99 for both.

But I've read some pretty poor ratings for it online, I haven't even opened it yet (because I'm at work now) but is this game decent at all?

You can't just create a guy, you have to do story mode. Making your actual fighter, doesn't involve much, you pick a face, and shorts, weight and height, name/nickname, country and strengths, thats it. But you train for 3 years, and there are like 12 gyms you can train at like: BJJ, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Pro Wrestling, Nin Jitsu, Muay Thai, etc. But you have to unlock a lot of them by doing all 3 three years at one gym. Its an alright game, fun to play with other people, and ALOT of fighters.

I hope when PS3 comes out that somebody makes a MMA game for either UFC or Pride. ...maybe they can reach a contract decision now that it seem PRide and Ufc are working together and make one game with the pride ring and UFC octagon, along with all the fighters. That would make my day and i think I would leave my wife.
