Diego "The Champion" Sanchez is still undefeated if u ask me. He fought Koscheck with a hole in his leg and thought he had Hep C. Imagine his mindset going into that fight?

Brutal huh?

He still came in and fought like a warrior gaining much respect to fight under that condition.

Diego "The Champion" Sanchez Has an impressive record, he beat the snot outta Nick Diaz (Who just tooled #1 P4P fighter and Pride Champion Gomi). He also walked right thru Karo Perision. Perision was the #1 contender before he faced Diego "The Champion" Sanchez and has big time wins and is no pushover.

Guess what?.....Diego "The Champion" Sanchez walked right thru him. This is what had all the Hardcore fans saying that he was Top 3 in MMA.

The UFC is giving him an easy win in his first fight back but that is to be expected. He needs a few tune ups to get back on track if u ask me.

Diego "The Champion" Sanchez is fighting a Lightweight fighter named Hayato Sakurai in his 1st tune up fight back to the title. People say Sakurai has a good ground game but COME ON! Diego "The Champion" Sanchez has been toe to toe with the likes of Kenny Florian so Sakurais ground game will be a walk in the park if u ask me.

Diego "The Champion" Sanchez is Fedor Emenekos Sparring partner and he also trains his boxing with Delahoya. That = Success.

Sakurai is used to fighting lightweights and doesnt have the gas tank to keep up with Diego "The Champion" Sanchez. Everything he's good at Diego "The Champion" Sanchez is at least 3x better.

Round 1:

Sakurai throws a leg kick, Diego "The Champion" Sanchez catches it and powerslams him by the cage. He unleashes some brutal Fedor Like GnP(since hes been with fedor for so long). The ref wants to stop it but Sakurai somehow gets to his feet.
Diego "The Champion" Sanchez procceds to bullrush Sakurai tossing him around like a rag doll. Diego "The Champion" Sanchez lifts Sakurai up off the ground and slams him on his head putting him to sleep and the fights stopped 2 minutes into round 1

Winner: Diego "The Champion" Sanchez via Complete and Utter Domination

Next Id like to see Diego "The Champion" Sanchez fight someone like Burkman or an easy fight like Aoki from Pride.

Actually Mach might be the bigger fighter in this fight.
Sanchez said he walked around at 175 while Mach cuts from 175-180.
Size is about even, if not Mach is the bigger one.

Mach has better standup while having the better nogi grappling credentials as well.

Mach takes one IMO.
