It is a win win really...if he is that good prove it and you will be rewarded for your sucess. Lose and well you are getting paid what you deserve.
This is maybe the dumbest post i have read,

1. why would they pay roger(semi popular, but not even close to "carry a pvp" popular) more than BJ ever? but you are saying that they should pay him more after he beats kenny? lol BJ is a legend, the only person that thinks roger is in that same league is his agent.

2.Why would you pay him that much money with the very good possibility of him just walking out of your org with your belt after his payday. your org would have shitty fighters in perpetual vacant belt fights.

3. This is part of the reason im convinced that people from canada have learning disabilities, well that or they are just idiots.

Know what im talking aboot?

He has to realize that he is in his position because of the UFC's marketing and strategy. It is disrespectful for him to then use the status they gave him against them. I'm sure he is due a nice raise, but he shouldn't get ahead of himself and ask for the moon either.

so are recommending he sign a contract before getting his title shot and risk getting a bad deal much like keith jardine??

like you said, he is stuck between a rock and a hard place, he can't ask for that much money right now but he doesn't want to sign something which could turn out to be a bad deal should he get past florian...

He should have signed his contract before Florian. Florian is a bad man and will own Huerta. What does Huerta have that Florian doesn't? His jits game sux compared to Florian. Florian's muay thai is better. He should have stfu and signed before now he'll probably get less or have to pack his bags. La raza douche bag

I would guess Affliction since they just signed Hordecki. It sounds like they are trying to build up their LW division.

Huerta is just looking out for himself, he could get injured tmrw and have to hang them up. He, like any other fighter, has to try to make as much as quickly as possible bc the gravy train may not last. Does he deserve it? Dunno, prolly not but the UFC hyped him, so it's T.S. for them if he happens to believe his own hype. He's semi popular and exciting to watch, he'll get picked up by another org if the ufc can't negotiate with him. The LW guys don't make much, it's high time they got a pay raise, they're very exciting.

Couldn't agree more...this guy is HIGHLY overrated. 6 figures/fight? Come on Huerta...if you left the UFC today, no one would even notice.
