Machida has a way of getting people to drop their defenses.

I hope we see Rashad Vs. Machida, thats the real undefeated match that should be going on instead of T. Silva.

Thiago doesn't get frustrated then comes at you... he comes at you from the start.

Other than Wand he's the most aggressive fighter at 205 and he'll try to take the fight to Lyoto the second the bell rings.

This will be the end of him.

He came running at Antonio Mendes and barely survived his opening head kick.

If Lyoto connects with a head kick that's going to be all she wrote.

If it merely drops Thiago then Lyoto probably gets the TKO, but on the ground is Thiago's best shot I will say that.

It's still not much of a shot

the thiago i usually see is a brawler until things get too much for him standing and then he gets a takedown then a mount and does gnp. its true he likes to trade a little bit but as soon as hes out of his comfort zone, he will try to mount you.

thiago has a decent ground game that we've seen so far, although we've never seen him fight anybody in the top 25, but he is a poor striker and a poor wrestler. i dont know how he's going to get it to the ground to use his only strength.

hes not a poor striker hes just wild. i would say his chin doesnt really impress me and he leaves himself open. he kind of reminds me of a young less powerful shogun in a way.
