I guess I'm supposed to call Comcast, sit on hold for awhile, then tell some local call center rep. that I want HDnet, then go pay a bunch of money for it?

Stream it over the internet or make it available on XBoxLive and I'd consider it. Me mounting an activism campaign just ain't in the cards.

Inside MMA is streamed over the internet, right here on Sherdog. Check it out on the videos section. As far as Xbox Live, we will be launching Bikini Destinations, Get Out! and Art Mann Presents... on May 19th on that platform, with more titles to come.

Trust me, we've been on hold with Comcast for about a year trying to make a deal happen. More coming later on this.

What about Cablevision, New York's version of Comcast? They'll give us HD News and Voom but no HD net. A channel where people play games but no SpikeTV HD. So yeah, screwed up priority.

I dont see why not as long as the HD box has component cables but then you are basically going to be paying an extra 20-30 dollars a month just for HD net since none of the other HD channels will look any better for you.

You can get HDNet as long as you have an HD box. The difference is that the picture will not be widescreen (or 1080i) and will fit itself into a standard def television. The HD box usually requires a subscription to an HD tier of channels, but it differs with different providers.

All I needed to know was that I don't need an HDtv, which is sweet, because I am sick of not being able too see the fights live.

This poll just came up -

http://www.tvpredictions.com/lawfights042408.htm

If you like HDNet Fights, go give us a quick vote! Industry recognition gives us better distribution and increases demand, so that we can be carried by every cable operator.

If you don't want to call Comcast or Cablevision and let them know, one click can do a lot of good on this poll!
