Depends on your provider.

If you've already got cable or satellite then you're good up to that point.

If you've got a cable box, some providers give a free upgrade to an HD cable box, some don't. The cable box might run $5-10/month if you didn't have the box already.

At this point you might have to spend $5-10 more for a 'digital tier' of some kind. This is a bunch of channels and the music channels and the ability to get ppvs.

Then you might have $5-10 more for a special 'hd package' (for me that includes HDNet, HDNet Movies, TNT HD, Universal HD, Mojo HD, local channels in HD, some Discovery channels in HD).

I opt (completely optional) to get a dual tuner HD DVR (especially good with the Dream cards being aired live in Japan way passed my bedtime). This runs me about $8/month.

My complete cable bill is $88/month (that includes a 2x speed Road Runner modem on top of basic cable, plus all the fixings). HDNet is a pretty small slice of that pie.

We are available in at least two Comcast markets - Houston and Minneapolis, because Comcast bought the Adelphia affiliate that carried us and didn't want to take HDNet away from its fans.

In other news, have you seen our fight of the week? This week, its the completely unpredictable Drew Fickett reminding people that he is in fact a pretty good fighter.

Click here to check it out.

Any chance HDNET will start showing K1-Max and Fields K1 World GP? That would be awesome

Been trying like hell to get Hdnetfights on Cox here in Phoenix for sometime. Hope it happens soon. Any info on that, HDnet?

I had HDNet with RCN in Chicago for a year, I moved to a location that only has comcast. It's terrible... I miss HDNet bad.
