hendo went five w rampage, but he was sucking wind bad. one reason he lost the dec v rampage was cause hendo was so winded.
hendo was also sucking wind terribly against ninja.
franklin went 5 w crow. it was one-sided, but it still has got to take a lot of gas to put that kind of a beatdown on somebody.

Not sure why I deserved that. I didn't attack you. Please don't attack me. Similarly, if you're commenting on my reading ability, it's spelt "you", not just "u" .
The point is also that Okami did manage to keep him down. I don't remember Hammill going for many takedowns anyway -- I'd also tend to think that Hammill was a bit intimidated, having trained with Franklin before, and wasn't trying his hardest.
Note I'm not actually taking sides in this issue. I just want a good fight .

It was the FIRST round, and anyone who wants to question Franklin's heart, cardio, or performance under pressure should watch this fight.
Try winning 4 rounds with your power hand broken.

I think it's pretty fucking obvious that Hendo is the favorite. I am simply saying that I think he should be a bigger favorite. This fight went off at -115 each way: even. Hendo is only the betting favorite because people are betting his side. IMO hendo should be at -200, -250. I think Hendo would win 2/3 or 3/4 fights. He's too tough, and unlike Matt Hammill, who is probably the worst striker in the world (that includes 10yr old kids on playgrounds), Hendo has a big right-hand, and is far more dimensional.
A Hendo win is not guaranteed, but I just think hes great value at -128.

Hendo is a great fighter and all but he is also overrated a bit. This should be very competitive fight and I will probably pick Franklin to win, but its very close. Hendo is getting on in years, Franklin is right in what should be his prime or just coming to end of it.
They both got dominated by Anderson, Franklin got beaten up more.
Lets not forget Hendo lost to Masaki just 6 months before beating Wand. Wand was definitely not in top form for that match. Franklin would most likely take Masaki fairly easy, I would also pick him over Wand in the state that he is now and how he was against Hendo

Wasn't Wanderlei sick as a dog when Hendo Ko'd him? I think he was dealing with some health issues so I don't think Dan will steamroll Rich with a stoppage. As far as cardio goes Franklin is a cardio machine and when this fight goes into deep water I expect that the takedowns and clinch from Dan will stop and Franklin will begin to pick him apart. Franklin went 5 rounds with the Crow and broke his hand early but that didn't even slow him down and although I hold Dan higher than David as a fighter it can be shown to prove Franklin can go 3 easy under heavy pressure. This is going to be a real test for Rich though as Hendo is on the upper echelon level of opponents that Franklin rarely sees in the cage. It's a very close fight but i think Rich has came a long way since training with Hume and can develop a good gameplan to win this fight if he wants it.

He eeked out a victory. Your point was that he would stand back up if taken down. Hendo is on par or better than Okami at holding folks down. You claimed Rich could pop back up agianst Hendo which is BS,
