incredibly tough to call...i really dont think anyone can make a clear cut prediction.

I'd say the chance Dan gets KO'd is quite remote. "He has a chin of rocks". But thats what we thought about the Nog bros too, untill Soko came along.

Although overall the standup is an advantage to Silva. Its not really lopsided. Dan's punching power can be callosal. He did to Wandy that Hunt could not do. And Hunt outweighed Silva by 30+ lbs? and Dan is a MW. Think about that.

Dan can KO Silva as well.

Ace fight, looking forward to it. I'm a fan of both, but i think Dan will win via TKO or DEC.

Are you forgetting how Silva threw Franklin around like it was nothing in BOTH of their fights. And franklin is a big boy at 185.

I think 90% of people are underestimating Silva's strength.

I think hendo's boxing + titanium chin, will allow him to get repeated takedowns, and could possibly outstrike silva standing, hes fought W.silva and rampage so A.silva is bringing anything new to the table, think about it this way, would clinch would scare you more Wandy's or the spider's.

I think Anderson will pick Dan apart with outside striking... I imagine that he will try to avoid clinching w/ Dan, but if it happens, I think he will at least get a good knee or two in before Dan gets him to the ground...

Dan can clinch him with his Greco but everything you strike in it you lose position. With one hand around Anderson body and striking with the other leaves him open. Its good for dominant position and control but against a guy like Anderson thats so explosive and crafty is that wise? Now Anderson can Slap that Thai clinch on some in a sec and Deliver blows quick. Thai clinch is for destruction, Greco is for control.
that is very true.i believe that when silva goes for knees hendo will probably sweep and take him to the ground.much of this fight will be on the ground.but the x-factor is when they go to tie up or they break from a clinch silva will land some shots. hendo- like linland- is gifted in dealing with strikers, but unlike wanderlai who swings wild, anderson swings straight accurate punches that will land on hendo's chin.if hendo does win it will be buy grinding anderson into the cage and dirty boxing(like someone already posted.props.)silva did let franklin grind him,if franklin can do it,hendo will be able to do it with ease. i am looking forward to this fight.fight of the next year (imho) i believe.

Silva just has no way to win. The only way he could possibly take it is by decision, and to do that he'd have to make Hendo gas without getting taken down... I don't see that happening.

Hendo will dominate him brutally then Silva will be like 10 spot in p4p

Silva is still a guy fighting up in weight and Hendo is a guy fighting down in weight. He's also an olympic level wrestler.

Not only is Hendo more technical than Rich but he also has much more strength and experience.

Does anyone really think that Silva can KO Hendo?
