Heath Herring looked good at weigh-ins

Heath Herring looked great at weigh-in's. I guess that embarrassing loss to Jake O'Brien shook something up in his head. He looks like he's slimmed down and is coming into this fight in much better shape than his last fight. Obviously, with the aquisitions of Cro Cop, Werdum and now the purchase of Pride, Herring is no longer a true heavyweight contender in the UFC, but it will be nice to see him take it seriously and go out and bang and make an example of Brad Imes and his new biker stache.

Yeah he looked a lot more in shape I think his last fight made Dana break it down to Heath. Either show up or retire. I hope we see the old Heath back and hope we even get to see the fight.

I agree, thats one of the first things I noticed. I was actually gonna pick imes to win because of his size and aggressiveness.... but I'm leaning back towards the technique of Heath.

What did he weigh in at his last fight?

Yeah, especially when there were rumors about Pride being bought out by Zuffa. The "saftey net" o going back to Pride dissapeared. He definitely looked to be in much better shape. In his debut, he looked fat and out of shape. Definitely a lot leaner this time around. Should be a good match as Imes isnt much of a LnP fighter.
