Just finished watching the Adrenaline show.

My requests: Take CompuStrike away from Kenny Rice (else it'll be all he talks about). Adrenaline should get a better logo, and maybe do a screen test on it before air (as it was fairly unreadable).

I love the channel and am grateful for all of the MMA you guys are putting on. I'm also glad to see Bas back in the driver seat doing commentary rather than Trigg. If I may offer a piece of advice for the intros of future shows... In the future when a promotion is showing a video in the intro and no other showmanship is occurring (fighter intros, pyrotechnics, etc.) show the video on the channel as it is being shown on the in auditorium big screen. I found myself a bit frustrated watching the jumbotron through the lens of a camera rather than have what was being broadcast on the jumbotron presented as-is on my television. Fortunately the actual videos of the fighters in their youth has been posted to youtube and is available here:

I am LOVING these Dream events. I hope Dream 5 isn't the end of HDNET's relationship with FEG. Please bring us more live Dream in glorious HD. I'd also like to say thanks for the Adrenaline event as well; even with the mediocre card their were some really good fights.

The whole CompuStrike stats are pretty meaningless and Kenny Rice just loves them.

It's kind of like Mike Goldberg talking about fighters being able to kick "the exact same spot" when throwing lowkicks.

He was just killing me during Adrenaline.
"Well, it's clear that fighter A has landed 12 strikes compared to fighter B's 7. 8. 9. 9 Strikes, which is less than fighter A's 12. 13, 14, 15. Fighter A has hit fighter B more times."

I don't remember which fight it was, but it had counted 0 TDs even though the fight had gone to the ground twice. I was a bit baffled. Also there was a point where a guy won by submission, but CompuStrike counted 0 submission attempts. That guy was so good he submitted his opponent without even attempting to!

He didn't talk about 'effective striking' he just kept talking numbers.
Drove me nuts.
