i was wondering what all supplements Koscheck takes? he said he takes a lot to stay in shape, and he still looks pretty lean.

Is this a post from the Women's World Magazine forums? If so I would also like to talk about Frank Trigg's hair stylist and perhaps Diego Sanchez's chistmas butter cookie recipe...

If you have decent genetics and train very hard, you can get away with eating less strictly, as long as it's mostly good clean food.

Some of the players in the NFL regularly eat junk food, but because of the intensity with which they train and the sheer amount of muscle mass (+ great genetics) they remain very lean.

GSP is a stud. He seems all lean muscle to me.

I was more surprised that he was still living at home. I wonder if his diet changes when he moves out.

Having the right generics and eating just regular healthy food will get you a long way
