GSP's Diet

Was anyone else suprised to hear on 'all access' that St. Pierre doesn't really restrict his diet.
He says he eats healthy, so probably lots of lean protean, but I was suprised that he dosn't didn't mention specifics like they usually do on all access.

Whatever he is doing, it's working

Said he just eats normally. At his family's dinner he was eating white pasta and meat sauce, etc..But he doesn't eat fast food. He doesn't do any of that stupid meal timing bullshit either, that'll drive you nuts man.

I think most fighters are the same. He trains ALOT so i doubt he has weight issues. I think super diets are used for fighters that have trouble with something. I know randy couture has one of the more strict diets in sports let alone mma, and that obviously has something to do with the fact that he is 43 years old, and it used to be due to the fact that he was trying to make 205.

Matt Hamill defeated Michael Bisping quite clearly. Thanks Cecil Peoples.

I admired his diet. He enjoys what he eats instead of worrying about measuring everything.

I just noticed a thread called "GSP's diet" and saw the last post was made by "Cabbage Soup".
