Trigg says that when the ufc cut affliction from their shows, they cut over 50% of the fighters income who were sponsored

Thats the main reason Timmy left.

says hes already heard they are negotiating with Sherk and St. George Pierre. its pretty much a done deal

he said that when their contracts r up, they will leave and sherk has 2 fights left. thats why he didnt resign be4 the peen fight.

So the ufc is making huge mistakes

fighters that left because of money problems:

Randy Cotore
Tito Ortiz
Drew Fickett
Andrei Arlovski
David Terrell
Tim Sylvia

The Fertitio brothers need to do something about dana be4 he ruins the company on personal problems.

-Lorenzo Fertito owns most of xcience who is now getting sued and is about to be under federal inditement for buisiness practices. This is not good. All the Fertitos dirty laundry will come out.

-The ufc is $325 million in debt and they are talking to wwe about selling

-Dana White bought Pride for $67 million dollars and it was all a waste. No fighters came with the deal and they only have access to a small portion of the video library.

-UFC is losing money hand over fist on every show in the UK. The only show that did good PPV buys was Brock lesnars debut, everything else pretty much bombed. Bj peen vs Stevenson was on of the worst PPV buys since TUF 1 debuted.

-Spike TV was unhappy with the ratings for UFN with Burkman vs Swick so they forced Dana to stack the next card only to get an even worse rating.

-Tuf 7 had the lowest rating in the series history

-UFC countdown shows are now being pushed back to 12Midnight because of ratings, it will now come on after Re-Runs of "Animals Gone Wild" and "When Good Animals Go Bad"

I don't understand how the UFC could be that much in debt. They pay their fighters next to nothing compared to what they make in total. They also have tv deals and partnerships.

I wouldn't treat Trigg with too much seriousness. He is well known for speaking about stuff he knows nothing about.

The Affliction-UFC thing really should be worked out, though, because it will get annoying.

Well, if you cut off a fighters revenue through the banning of sponsors, you are just helping them out the door. You forget, these guys are doing this as a living, not for the purity of the sport.

I think the people who are going to be hardest hit are the up and comers or those with old contracts. These guys are making dick compared to what they could be.
