GSP did exactly what he needed to do. He dominated Serra in every aspect and proved to MMA'ers that the first fight was somewhat of a fluke. Serra is not an elite MW and would be better suited fighting guys in WEC or dropping weight.

GSP had a fantastic gameplan, and took Serra completely by suprise and Serra didnt know what GSP was going to do next. Vintage GSP.

Where's the gsp of the yesteryears? he needs to showcase his skills and strategy, esp against a guy like matt serra (i was actually rooting for serra this fight, but my money would of been on gsp). If it was such a fluke the first time, stand and bang!!! do some take downs...ground and pound....don't just punch to set up the take downs.

I was mildly dissappointed at this fight. Winning is important, but how you will is almost equally important when you look back at you career when you're retired.

GSP, pls don't turn into tim sylvia - fight to win with boring fights.

Shut the fuck up stupid!!!! How is dominating and beating Matt Serra into a meatball not exciting?

GSP definitely did not lay and pray. For a true example of lay and pray see Carl Malenko's Pride FC fights.

I guess we're going to find out who the "real MMA fans" are. All that "repecting the ground game" apparently doesn't exist when you hate someone for no apparent reason.

Gsp needs to keep winning fights period if he can beat a striker on his feet and ground guys on the ground whats more risky than jumping into someone elses enviroment?
