Going to UFC in Columbus

Has anyone ever been to this arena? A buddy and I are thinking about getting tickets because they are not sold out for once. They are the cheap seats off to the side of the cage in the upper deck.

Tickets are like $75 and we will be driving about 3 hours from Pittsburgh to get there. Anyone with similar experiences, is it worth it?

Wait outside, if the event doesn't sell out, you could probably get your tickets for free.

If it's only a 3 hour drive, it's worth it.

'Off to the side of the cage' you say? Interesting.

How does the ticket comping work? Are there jsut dudes walking around handing out tickets? I saw that 1/3 of UFC 92's tickets were comped but that was Vegas where the UFC is common. UFC in Ohio is rare and I think it has sold out the past times it has been here.

If you can get the $100 tickets in the first few rows of the upper bowl area, they are mint. It was a good time last year and all the big fat dudes in tapout and affliction gear smoking cigarettes outside the arena were good for some laughs. And a three hour drive isn't bad at all. Would be cool if PA instated mma. It would be cool to see fights at the mellon arena. Pittsburgh is a cool city.

I'm going to Cloumbus and I got lower bowl seats for $150 plus fees and driving down from Toronto.

If you're going to go to an event like this that doesn't come around that often I say shell out the extra bucks for the best seats you can get. Floors are shit if you're not within the first few rows and upper bowl for $100 seems like a bit of a waste when you can get lower bowl for a bit more.

Going to montreal in april to, and UFC 100 if things pan out.
