The only way Heath looses this one is via bullshit stoppage due to G'n'P....I can't really see that happening...they gave Mir long enough when he was taking shots.

This is key. It may come down to reffing. It is likely Herring will be taken down (Jesus, Kongo took him down and Kongo blows) and be under Lesnar, taking a pounding. He should be able to stay out of trouble and work subs even under a monster like Lesnar but if he is beaten on for a while the ref may call it.
I see it going one extreme or the other and I cannot predict this one. Like the Mir-Lesnar fight which was like two fights in one. Mir getting destroyed and toyed with and having no answer - then the stand-up (justified or not) - then the same thing about to happen again and Mir pulls a sub out of nowhere. So Herring's fight might look like the first half OR the second half of that fight.
I see Herring taking this one. It will cement his legend as a stopper of wrestlers and other big monsters. It'd be sort of neat to see him come out like he did against Kongo and actually KO Lesnar.
