The Couture performance could be justified, but he turtled up again against Werdum and was horribly out of shape.

If a rematch with a top 10 who has already beaten you doesn't get you motivated enough to get into shape, then I don't know what will. Especially when many said he was doing well and could have won the first if he hadn't gassed.

Gonzaga has been a disappointment, so I won't hold my breath on him gaining the heart that it takes to fight at that level of competition, but if he does then awesome.

I'll believe it when I see it.

LOL Who doesn't train hard? Weak Thread, and even weaker fighter. Gonzaga only beat CC and lost the next two, what's so great about him?

I really hope he bounces back and puts together a string of wins. I thought he was going to beat Randy until the broken nose cut. It just seemed to do him in mentally as well as physically in that fight.

His entire skill set. He has better skills than any other heavyweight. His striking is great, he's got excellent kicks, Muay Thai, he's a BJJ black belt, he's big and strong. What else could you ask for?

Besides he lost to Randy because of the broken nose. Once he broke his nose the fight was over. He couldn't really breathe anymore and Randy kept damaging his nose.

He looked terrible against Werdum, i will give you that. Other than that i thought he looked excellent. Can't wait to see him fight again, he needs to step up now.

this will be the last straw from gonzaga. if he can't pull off the "W" then I don't see him hanging around the UFC for much longer.
