This is a HUGE deal because most fighters just sit around and jerk-off before their fights but hes obviously training HARD

I don't really discredit him too much for his losses to Couture and Werdum, but if he loses to Justin McCully ugggh. That would just be ugly. I don't understand what McCully is doing in the UFC anyway. He has no big wins, a bunch of loses, and the only fight I've seen of his is the one against Hardonk which was the definition of LnP. Not to mention it was against a guy crossing over from the stand up arts and presumably had little to offer in terms of a ground game.

Yeah he needed to train hard for the Werdum fight. If you run out of gas in the rematch against a guy who already beat you thenmaybe you need to change your training habits.
