This is what Frank Trigg had to say over at MMAWeekly:

"- BJ Penn will win this fight. Ask yourself this. How is St.Pierre going to win....on the ground? No. On his feet? No. Penn will win this fight because Georges isn't better than Penn at any specific thing. BJ wins pure and simple. Penn rematches Hughes next."

I think BJ Penn will win too, but I think he is underestimating Geroges St. Pierre, in fact I think he's just bitter that he choked him out.

It's laughable that he (trigg) though he could beat Penn, but a guy that abused him in the UFC in his last out has no chance? Trigg should go in for stand up, he's to funny

trigg said that he was gonna expose gsp for the b level fighter he is when he fought him, we all saw how that turned out, he underestimates gsp, im not saying hes gonna beat bj, i want to see him win he deserves a title shot, however he is gonna have his hands full, but to say that he has no chance is rediculous

he may be correct, but coming from trigg..let's remember his big mouth before his fight with st. pierre, i believe it was something like "he's going to be put into a real fight, we'll see how fast he crumbles"....lol..
i find it amusing this fight has more hype than the title fight.

remove the name Penn, replace it with the name Sherk and go back in time a few months.

Trigg said the exact same shit last time and look what happened.

Not saying GSP is going to dominate BJ... just saying when it comes to GSP Trigg dont know shit

All this coming from a guy who can't even defend a RNC, in the words of Matt Hughes, "he couldn't even defend a rear naked choke... that's DAY 1 stuff right there."

I think if Trigg keeps commentating at Pride we'll hear something like this:

I pretty much agree w/ Trigg, except I feel GSP is stronger & more athletic, are these advantages enough to get the win?? Possible, but I doubt it.
