it actually showed how confident GSP is in his ground skills. i remember before the first gsp/serra fight GSP said a few times "he's better than me on the ground" which was NOT the type of mind set he should have had. if he took down and controlled BJ he shouldn't have been worried about matt "i never submit anyone" serra's ground game.

he had the PERFECT gameplan to beat serra. take him down, beat him up, tire him out, and then finish him.

i'll bet money GSP stands with fitch and destroys him... he's gonna dominate fitch in all aspects of MMA. striking, wrestling, submissions, GSP > ____ >>>>>> fitch

i think fitchs' only chance at being ww champ just went out the window afetr gsp destroyed serra. in his last 2 fights fitch has been unimpressive. he's a great fighter but he's gonna need to bring a lot more to the table when he fights gsp.

I thought GSP looked like crap when he exchanged strikes with Serra. Who is much smaller and isn't known for his KO power.

Fitch is much taller and can throw a better punch than GSP. I bet you anything when these two fight GSP will try and get him to the ground and will not stand and trade with him on their feet.
