Pay isn't commensurate on how hard a job is. Pay is determined by the market.

Agreed, Dana gets the big money and the fighters get the shaft. Spread the wealth Dana! The fighters need to start a union.

It should be correlated to the work ethic an individual puts forth. Hard work should = reward.

Ur an idiot, fighters getting paid a few thousand dollars to fight is a joke. They put in a lot of hours and should be rewarded for it. Not given a slap in the face of three grand.

that figure still sounds high since fedor only got $100,000 to beat up coleman(no bonus included if any)i guess we will see in early march what they pay silva to fight hendo.
