It is now known that Rampage's nickname comes from the NES game "Rampage." This was revealed in the same series of interviews where he admitted that Pride tried to get him to throw the Sak fight.

For Spencer Fisher, you should probably also mention that a "kingfisher" is a type of bird. Also, Kingfish, sometimes called Kingfisher, was a character on Amos n' Andy. Neither really refers to Spencer Fisher, but I do think that's why he's called Spencer "The King" Fisher, and not Spencer "The Prince" Fisher, y'know?

Nog stated in an interview that he got his nickname because his training partners said he was scary to fight, like a Minotaur.
Source: an interview he did with Pride. As to what show/dvd it's on, I can't remember. Probably around the 2004 HW tournament.
