Fedor's training regime

I read another post about how other fighters should adopt Fedors routine, but this idea was quickly laughed at. But does anyone actually know what Fedor's routine is?

I've heard he does no weights anymore, so what exactly does he do?

There's very little known about Fedor's 'real' training routine. That Pride to the top documentary follows him on a few parts of his training, but we'll never know what kind of training he does when the camera is away. Fedor doesn't seem like the guy to reveal too much about his training.

He used to do weights when he was younger, he said he doesn't use a lot of weights at this point. I think the most important thing about his training is his motivation and no nonsens.

Here's a different four minute compilation of his training regime.

In the other thread, I was simply raisng the question of whether there would be any worht in other fighters adopting some of the same principals as Fedor does.

Seems like a perfectly reasonable question to me.
