No, the song doesn't really have a meaning..but they do use some real words here and there..
It's not totally made up..(unlike the cocteau twins for example)

Thank you, I really appreciate your knowledge on this since I was always curious as to its origin. No matter what, I play the song in my car and sing the lyrics even if I don't know what the heck I'm saying lol.
