Hughes Pwns GSP, it's inevitable!

sorry guys, so many people are 100% confident this guy can take out hughes a second time around, well, i am here to say it wont happen no matter how much you dislike hughes's personality

gsp is mentally weak and him making excuses for his loss last time about how he quit and wasnt mature enough is bs, it wasnt even that long ago!!!!

i saw in GSP that he looked broken and ready to cry after bj mauled his face in rd. 1

after hughes slams him in the 1st rd. again when they fight i see gsp quitting again......he is just mentally weak

If that is the case then how the hell did he win the fight?

Here is a tip: If you don't know what the hell you are talking about then don't act like you do.

i'm not sayin gsp has hughes' number for sure...but your breakdown of why he doesn't isn't even in the ballpark...why would you even bother???

I don't know why everyone thinks the second fight will be any different from their first one.

I hope GSP pulls it off, but I'm expecting him to get tapped again.

I don't see GSP being mentally weak going into this fight. If anything, after how well he's fought the past year, he's gonna be even better prepared. With that said, I think Hughes will still win, but I don't think he'll tap him again. I'd say it'll be another fight that goes the distance, and would be a UD for Hughes. I really think that the 1st fight was a case of Hughes not taking GSP seriously as a fighter and just figuring he was gonna walk through him. I'm fairly certain that it won't be happening this time around, but GSP is an incredible fighter, and can just as easily win this. It'll come down to whose more prepared, simple as that.

I think GSP will have really grown mentally and become a better fighter since his fight against Penn, and i think that he has Hughes' Number this time around when it happens. GSP will come prepared and IMO he will have what it takes to take the belt from the champ.

GSP mentally weak? Did you even watch his fight with BJ? Ya, he lost the first but never gave up and won.

GSP was showing his class by being honest. He was inexperienced when he fought Hughes, and the premature tap out was a mistake. GSP /Hughes 1 was not very long ago, but GSP's skills improve leaps and bounds with every fight he has. Consider that GSP crushed Sean Sherk, a guy who took Hughes to the distance. Let's also consider the way GSP raped Trigg, a guy who actually put the hurt on Hughes.

Spare me the "he looked broken and ready to cry" crap. GSP flat out admitted that he was seeing double, and he still hung in there. If that's not heart, I don't know what is. As far as this mauling shit, Penn GRAZED GSP's nose; it wasn't some devastating uppercut.

You can try and cut up GSP however you want. The fact is you're gonna have to accept the fact that Hughes is getting dethrowned.
