feature this scenario:
fedor comes into the ufc
he has ring rust
he has no experience fighting in the octagon
he is facing fighters he's never faced before who've seen tons of tape on him and are gunning for his title as best HW fighter
he's looked okay but not perfect in his last few fights
he doesn't have ko power standing, has a tendency to get mounted by good wrestlers, is cut prone, and can be gnped from his guard with elbows
GG is a big, excellent grappler with KO power
Look - fedor is right now the best, but he's not untouchable. There are a lot of factors conspiring against his retaining his perfect record (I don't recognize the TK fight as a loss)
To say no one is good enough to beat fedor is stupid, especially given all of the upsets as of late.

I like Couture, met him a few times and won a lot of money off him at UFC 31. He actually took a picture with me after the beating he took from Rizzo yet still won the fight.
But he is not good enough to beat Fedor, no one is.
And he's not a bigger legend than saku, no one is.
