Enough about Diaz/Condit...CONGRATS MATT BROWN!!
He looked like his old self, coming forward, punching his way towards victory. That was a hell of a beating, Cope look really hurt. Congrats on the win!

It was a fight he was heavily favoured to win against a guy who isn't good enough to be in the UFC.

People are overlooking Ed Herman's continue career resurgence after it being derailed by injuries for years; Mike Pierce getting robbed; Barao proving he was for real; and Caceras being robbed by Herb Dean too.
Why?
All because they can't get over Diaz losing soundly and they're championing aggression over effectiveness because one guy was moving forward. Stupidity if you ask me.
Also, Brown beat Cope. Cope should be nowhere near an octagon/cage.

Considering he lost his last 4 I was a bit like...you better win this shit. Anything can happen. Now I have to wait and hope for Spencer Fisher to get back into gear, Sigh.

I agree with that all. Herman has been on fire lately and no one seems to care at the moment. Pierce was impressive and so was Caceras and Barao.

Some of us care ;)
The Ed Herman Appreciation Thread
Barao looked good, but he didn't show me anything that says he should beat Cruz.

100% agree. He should have won. This fight should have happened in KOTC, and not the ufc.

You got it right. Cope is only getting ring time because of his TUF pedigree. One more loss and he's cut. There's plenty of talent at WW, we don't need guys like him taking up air time.
