Your criteria doesn't really mesh with some of your choices, as some who you've named are very well known.
Here are mine, though (again, maybe not fulfilling your criteria exactly, but more who I feel aren't being talked about too much, but who I feel will go a long way):

LHW: Machida (joke, couldn't think of anyone I rate)
