Don King Promoting MMA?

King was on Stern today and they asked him about MMA. Basically, he said it's "barbaric" and shit. Then they asked if he would ever promote any MMA fighters. He said, he wouldn't rule it out and pretty much eluded to the fact that there's money to be made in it so he might consider it. How shitty do you dudes think it would be if this asshole started promoting MMA? I know it could potentially bring more money into the pockets of fighters but, like Biggie said, "Mo' Money, Mo' Problems".

I can promise you that I will never pay for any fight that Don King promotes.

By the way, isn't it ironic that a man who once brutal beat an individual to death calls MMA "barbaric"?

I hope Don King doesnt go anywhere near MMA. I cant believe he said the sport was "barbaric." He must have forgotten that he once beat a drug addict to death in the middle of the street that owed him some money. The guys a good businessman but he has a very shady past. The guy would only bring corruption to the sport in my opinion. Sorry if i piss anyone off but i cant stand the guy.

Please read his biography if you dont believe me about the murder. I think he got off on self defense tho but i study the law and it was NOT self-defense as i know it to be. He also shot and killed another person in a "justified homicide." What a joke. Link = http://sports.jrank.org/pages/2539/King-Don.html

MMA would be perfect for Don King.

He love's paying fighters nothing -

He loves to control rankings -

He loves signing fighters to BS contracts -

Plus in MMA they dont have the Muhammad ali boxing act, which protects fighters from alot of those things.

It's funny he called it barbaric.

Didn't he murder some guy over $10 and go to prison?
