Hi, quick question. Does the UFC steriod test all fighters before the fights? And will it test Wandy when he comes over to fight chuck? I don't think he uses, but either way it will clear up all the rumors that some idiots say. Anyway, I was told that in the U.S. the athletic commision of the specific state determines the drug testing policy. Anybody know?

First of all the commission tests the fighters and second of all it is random but usually everyone on the main card is tested
